Why Google mail access is requested
Mail access powers the email client you can see and control.
When you connect Gmail or Google Workspace, WiseInbox uses the permission you grant to sync messages, show your mailbox, organize and search mail, create local summaries and answers, and send messages you choose to send. It does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, or sale.
Intelligence stays on your Mac
Summaries, answers, classifications, and drafts are produced by local models through Ollama.
Credentials stay in Keychain
Google OAuth tokens and other account credentials are stored in macOS Keychain, not on a WiseInbox server.
